Response Time
We aim to respond to all messages within two business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but every message is read and considered. If your question is time-sensitive, mention that in your subject line and we will prioritize it.
What to Include
To help us respond as effectively as possible, please include the following when relevant:
- Bug reports: describe what you expected to happen, what actually happened, which tool you were using, and what browser and device you are on. A screenshot or the exact text or letters you entered is extremely helpful.
- Missing words: tell us the word, which tool it was missing from, and whether it should be valid according to a specific game dictionary (e.g., Scrabble NWL, Words With Friends ENABLE).
- Tool suggestions: describe the tool and the use case you have in mind. The more specific you are about what it should do and who it is for, the better we can evaluate the idea.
- General feedback: anything you want to share about your experience with Wordverse — positive or negative — is welcome.

Is Wordverse free?
Yes, every tool on Wordverse is completely free with no usage limits. There is no premium tier or paid plan.
Can I request a new tool?
Absolutely. Send your idea to the email above. Not every suggestion can be built immediately, but the tool roadmap is shaped heavily by what users ask for.
Do you accept contributions?
Wordverse is not currently open source, but we welcome dictionary corrections and tool ideas from the community. If you have technical expertise and would like to contribute in a deeper way, mention that in your email and we can discuss possibilities.
Can I use Wordverse tools in my classroom or workshop?
Yes. Wordverse tools are free for any use, including education. Teachers regularly use the Word Counter for assignments, the Random Word Generator for writing prompts and classroom games, and the Word Unscrambler for vocabulary exercises. No special permission is needed.
I found a word that should be in the dictionary but is not.
Please report it via email with the word, the tool where you noticed it missing, and a reference source if possible (such as a recognized dictionary or official game word list). We review dictionary update requests periodically and add valid words.
